The first floor has 5 bedrooms, lobby, home theater, study and a bar area overlooking the terrace.The design is vaastu compliant and eco-friendly. The architectural features and the overall detailing in interiors has the charm of understated elegance.The key element was that the house should be well-lit, ventilated, spacious, and of exude transparency.
